About Island Siege
Island Siege is the long game: a big tropical island ringed by turquoise sea, with palm groves, rocky massifs in every quadrant and sixteen ore fields scattered from the beaches to the central plain. There is a catch that changes everything. Each field only holds a limited amount of ore, and the crystals visibly shrink as your harvesters strip them. The two patches beside your construction yard will run dry, so sooner or later you have to push out, chain new buildings toward the next field and defend a mining operation far from home. The red commander faces the same pressure, which means the middle of the island becomes a running battle over the last rich deposits. The map is wide enough that where you place factories and turrets genuinely matters, rally points save precious seconds, and a second war factory doubles your tank output. Use the radar to track enemy columns on the minimap, keep squads on number keys for quick reactions, and watch your power bar as the base grows. A large expansion map with the fog of war on, made for players who enjoy a twenty-minute match with an economy to manage and a front line that keeps moving.
How to play
Ore fields run out: select harvesters and right-click a fresh field to send them on, and build new structures toward it to extend your territory. Drag-select, right-click move/attack, A+click attack-move, H hold, S stop, Ctrl+1–9 squads. Click the minimap to jump the camera. Touch: tap to select and command, drag to scroll, pinch to zoom.
