About Cozy Room Detective
Cozy Room Detective is a classic spot-the-difference game set inside thirty little dollhouse rooms. Two pictures of the same room sit side by side: a living room with a sofa and a television, a bedroom with nightstands and a desk, a kitchen full of cupboards and gadgets, a study lined with bookcases, a tiled bathroom and a toy-filled kids room. Somewhere between the two pictures five, six or seven things have changed. A cushion has a new colour, a lamp became a different lamp, a plant has vanished from a shelf or a teddy bear has appeared out of nowhere. Tap a difference on either picture to circle it in green on both. Every wrong tap costs five seconds, so look before you click. Each room is built from a hand-designed layout with its own wallpaper, floor and colour scheme, and every scene has been checked so that each difference is clearly visible and big enough to tap on a phone. Stuck? Use one of three magnifier hints to highlight a hidden change, and zoom in with the plus button, the mouse wheel or a pinch. Find everything quickly without hints to earn three stars, and work your way from simple five-difference rooms to tricky seven-difference challenges.
How to play
Compare the two pictures and tap every difference you see, on either picture. Wrong taps cost five seconds. Use the magnifier for a hint and the plus and minus buttons, mouse wheel or pinch to zoom.
