About Lumberjack Axe Toss
Lumberjack Axe Toss is the heavy-duty, hard-mode take on target throwing. Mossy tree rounds spin in a dark pine forest and instead of knives you hurl hand axes, whose broad heads take up far more room on the wood. That changes everything: fewer axes fit on each round, and the safe gaps between them close up quickly, so every throw needs a real plan. The difficulty is set to hard from the start, meaning faster spins, an extra axe per stage and more pre-stuck blades and iron bands on the later rounds. The spin itself is wild as well: every stage rolls a random pattern, choosing between sweeping back and forth, stopping and starting or winding up faster and faster, and the cycles run quicker than in the classic game, so you cannot memorise a rhythm from the stage before. To keep it fair you carry two hearts. Hit another axe or a metal band and you lose a heart, the stray axe tumbles away and the stage carries on; lose the second heart and the run ends. Apples are rarer in the woods, and every fifth stage is a giant iron-ringed boss stump worth bonus points when it splits. Steady breathing, sharp eyes, and swing for the high score.
How to play
Tap, click or press Space to throw an axe. Axes are wide, so leave bigger gaps. You have two hearts: hitting an axe or iron band costs one. Clear each stump to reach the boss.
