About Kitchen Blade Rush
Kitchen Blade Rush moves knife throwing into a busy diner kitchen and puts a clock on every plate. Instead of logs you throw slim paring knives into spinning food: a cheesy pizza, a golden pie, a wheel of cheese and a crisp waffle take turns on the turntable, and every fourth stage the kitchen brings out a showpiece boss such as a candle-topped birthday cake or a giant sprinkled donut. Each stage gives you twelve seconds to land your quota of knives, shown by a shrinking bar under the stage name, so you cannot sit and wait forever for the perfect gap; when the bar turns red the clock starts ticking audibly, and if it runs out the run ends. Paring knives are thinner than chef's knives, which means more of them fit on each dish and you can thread them closer together, but the usual dangers remain: touch a knife that is already stuck and it clangs away, and metal bands on later dishes block the blade. Ripe tomatoes sit on many plates and burst for five bonus points each, and they show up more often here than anywhere else. Spin patterns follow the classic stage table, sweeping, pausing and accelerating as you go. Work fast, stay clean and see how many courses you can serve.
How to play
Tap, click or press Space to throw a knife into the spinning dish. Fill the quota before the timer bar runs out, never hit another knife or a metal band, and pop tomatoes for bonus points.
