About Heads-Up Hold'em Duel

Heads-Up Hold'em Duel strips poker down to its purest form: two players, one table and no place to hide. You face a single opponent across a crimson felt, posting a blind every hand, so you are always involved and every decision matters. In this format the dealer button also posts the small blind and acts first before the flop, then last on every later street, exactly as in tournament heads-up play. Ranges widen, bluffs land more often and a modest pair can be the best hand, which makes it a superb way to sharpen your reading skills. The computer rival plays at the strongest level, estimating its equity by simulation and mixing value bets with well-timed bluffs. Both of you start with 1,500 chips, the blinds double every eight hands, and the duel continues until one player holds every chip. Raise with the slider or the half-pot and pot shortcuts, watch the hand-strength panel learn with you, and enjoy the slam of an all-in stamp when you put it all on the line. Signed-in players can also quick-match a real person for a one-on-one online battle.

How to play

Beat one opponent by winning all of their chips. The button posts the small blind and acts first preflop. Use Fold, Check/Call and Raise (F, C, R); open the raise slider for ½ Pot, Pot or All-in. Blinds double every eight hands.
