Seaside Dogs & Scoops splits your counter in two: on one side a grill full of sausages that need tucking into buns and finishing with ketchup or mustard, on the other a freezer of vanilla, chocolate, mint and berry tubs for towering ice cream cones. Cones are the twist, because the scoops must be stacked in exactly the order on the ticket, bottom to top, so a chocolate-on-mint order is not the same as mint-on-chocolate. Beachgoers also arrive in crowds when the tour bus pulls in, three hungry swimmers at a time, so you need to keep the grill loaded and lemonade pouring before the rush hits. Tips are smaller here but customers come thick and fast, and the summer gets busier across thirty days that introduce new flavors, sauces and longer waves of visitors. How to play
Tap the grill to cook sausages, tap a tray to put down a bun, then tap the ready sausage and the sauces. Tap the cone stand for a cone and add scoops in the exact order shown on the ticket (bottom first). Tap finished food or a full lemonade to serve it.
