About 20-Min Standing Fat Burn
20-Min Standing Fat Burn is a longer follow-along session for days when ten minutes feels too short. Twenty rounds of forty-five seconds each, with fifteen seconds to breathe in between, take you from easy marching to a strong finish without ever lying on the floor or leaving your spot. The plan starts with high knees, squats and cross knee lifts to warm your hips, builds through sumo squats, toe taps and wide side steps, then works each leg on its own with reverse lunge kicks and side leg lifts. The last stretch mixes a side squat, squat punches, front and back lunges, a twisting cross crunch, knee-up claps and a squat with an overhead reach. No jumping is needed, so neighbours downstairs stay happy. The coach demonstrates every move in a bright studio, introduces the next one while you rest and is already in position when the voice counts three, two, one. Turn the camera on to see yourself with a skeleton overlay in the corner and let the game count squats and knee lifts; step out of view and the timer waits for you. Prefer to play without a camera? Follow the clock and the voice instead. Minutes, reps and calories go to your Wiggle Move log, and friends can try to beat your rep count on the weekly board.
How to play
Camera: put the device at hip height 2–3 m away with your whole body in view and copy the coach; squats and knee lifts are counted and you appear in the corner. Each move lasts 45 s with 15 s rests — listen for the next move, or raise both hands for 2 s to skip a rest. Keys or touch: just follow along; → or the skip button skips, Esc or P pauses. A TV remote or gamepad works too.
